The MPA logs can be viewed on the “Mail processing agent log” page. Some keywords, like for example an email address, are color coded.
Specific log items can be filtered using the “Filter”. Matched results will be highlighted.
- Regular expression
- If enabled, the filter is treated as a regular expression.
- If context is greater than 0, lines above and below the matched line will be included.
Every received email will receive a unique ID (MailID) the first time the email is received. To view all logs lines related to a specific email, you can use a filter on the MailID of that email.
